Warranty Policy
1. Warranty Period
Eligible REDJET products are supplied with a 1-Year REDJET Commercial Warranty.
The warranty period begins from the original purchase date unless a different starting date is expressly agreed in writing or mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.
2. Commercial Warranty and Statutory Rights
The 1-Year REDJET Commercial Warranty is an additional contractual warranty provided by REDJET.
It does not reduce, replace or exclude any mandatory statutory Consumer rights which cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where European Union consumer law applies, the 1-Year REDJET Commercial Warranty is separate from and additional to the applicable statutory legal guarantee for goods, which may provide a minimum two-year legal guarantee against lack of conformity. National law may provide additional rights.
3. What the Commercial Warranty Covers
Subject to the conditions and exclusions of this policy, the REDJET Commercial Warranty covers qualifying defects caused by manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship occurring during the warranty period.

A missing or altered serial number may affect REDJET’s ability to verify the identity, date or warranty status of a product, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
10. Unauthorised Repair and Modification
Customers should contact REDJET before opening, dismantling, modifying or attempting to repair equipment where doing so could:
- Create an electrical or mechanical safety risk

- Prevent verification of the original fault
11. Spare Parts
Where appropriate, REDJET may resolve a warranty issue by supplying a replacement component or spare part.
