This depends on the delivery arrangement. Where duties and taxes are included, checkout or the order confirmation will state this clearly. Otherwise the customer may be responsible for destination charges. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Delivery time depends on the product, stock location, destination, carrier and customs process. The applicable estimate is provided during the order or quotation process.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may include card payments processed securely through Stripe and other methods enabled for your country or currency.

Card payments are processed by the payment provider. REDJET does not normally receive or store your complete card number. Additional authentication such as 3D Secure may be requested where applicable.

REDJET does not operate a general voluntary change-of-mind return programme. Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Read our Returns & Refunds Policy before sending any product back.

Eligible REDJET products are covered by a 1-Year REDJET Commercial Warranty against qualifying manufacturing defects, subject to the Warranty Policy and applicable statutory rights.
