These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of redjetstage.com and purchases of products sold through the Website by REDJET STAGE TECHNOLOGY EQUIPMENT CO., LTD, trading under the REDJET brand.

By placing an order through the Website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

REDJET supplies professional stage, entertainment and event technology products, including but not limited to:

• Stage lighting fixtures
• Moving head fixtures
• Strobe and effect lighting
• LED lighting and display systems
• Professional audio equipment
• Control and signal equipment
• DMX equipment
• Cables and connectors
• Accessories and spare parts
• Other professional stage technology products

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, photographs, dimensions, weights and technical information are accurate.

Minor differences resulting from manufacturing improvements, production batches or technical updates do not constitute a defect where the essential functionality and performance of the product are not materially affected.

2. Professional Equipment

Many REDJET products are professional products which may require appropriate installation, electrical connection, programming, rigging or configuration.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are suitable for their intended application and are installed and operated in accordance with applicable safety requirements, product instructions and technical specifications.

3. Orders

An order submitted through the Website constitutes an offer by the customer to purchase the selected products.

An order is considered accepted after payment has been successfully authorised or otherwise accepted and REDJET has issued an order confirmation.

REDJET may reject, suspend or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where there is:

• An incorrect price or product description
• A stock or availability error
• A payment failure
• Suspected fraud
• Incorrect customer information
• An export or sanctions restriction
• A destination or delivery restriction
• A technical Website error
• A legal restriction preventing supply of the product

If REDJET cancels an order after receiving payment, the applicable payment will be refunded.

4. Prices and Currencies

The Website may display and charge prices in CNY, USD, EUR, GBP, TRY or other supported currencies made available at checkout. Currency conversion may be applied before the customer completes the order.

The applicable currency and amount payable will be displayed before payment is submitted.

Any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences charged by the customer’s bank, card issuer or financial institution are outside REDJET’s control.

5. Shipping, Duties and Taxes

REDJET uses different delivery arrangements depending on the destination country.

Duties & Taxes Included

For certain destinations, the amount displayed at checkout may include the applicable product price, shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, import VAT/GST and ordinary customs-clearance charges.

Where this applies, checkout will display wording such as “Duties & Taxes Included”, “Delivered Price” or equivalent wording.

Duties & Taxes Not Included

For other destinations, customs duties, import VAT/GST, taxes, brokerage charges or other import-related costs may not be included in the amount paid to REDJET.

Where this applies, checkout will display wording such as “Duties & Taxes Not Included”.

In these cases, the customer is responsible for amounts imposed at destination by customs authorities, government authorities, carriers, customs brokers or other relevant parties.

The applicable delivery arrangement will be shown or communicated before completion of the order.

6. Additional Delivery Costs

Even where duties and taxes are included, exceptional costs caused by circumstances outside the ordinary delivery process may remain payable by the customer where permitted by law.

• Incorrect or incomplete address information
• Customer-requested delivery changes
• Failed delivery attempts
• Refusal to accept delivery
• Customer-caused storage or customs delays
• Special licences or permits
• Extraordinary government inspections

7. Payment

Payments may be processed through Stripe and other payment methods made available on the Website.

Available methods may include Visa, Mastercard and other supported payment methods.

REDJET does not normally receive or store complete payment-card numbers.

Payment information is processed by the applicable payment provider in accordance with its own security and privacy requirements.

Additional authentication such as 3D Secure may be required.

8. Fraud Prevention

REDJET and its payment providers may perform payment verification and fraud-prevention checks.

Orders may be delayed, rejected or cancelled where payment cannot reasonably be verified or fraudulent activity is suspected.

9. Shipping Origin

Depending on availability and destination, products may be dispatched from Foshan, Guangdong, China, another REDJET warehouse, a manufacturing facility, fulfilment facility or another appropriate logistics location.

The physical dispatch location does not change the identity of the legal seller stated on the order confirmation or invoice.

10. Delivery Times

Delivery times displayed or communicated by REDJET are estimates unless expressly stated to be guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by customs processing, carrier schedules, weather, flight or vessel capacity, government inspections, public holidays, port congestion, sanctions restrictions, force majeure or other circumstances outside REDJET’s reasonable control.

11. Delivery Information

The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate recipient, company, address, postal code, telephone and email information.

Additional costs or delays caused by incorrect customer information may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.

12. Inspection on Delivery

Customers should inspect shipments promptly.

If visible shipping damage exists, customers should, where reasonably possible:

• Photograph the external packaging
• Photograph the shipping label
• Photograph internal packaging
• Photograph the damaged product
• Keep all packaging materials
• Contact REDJET promptly

13. Order Cancellation

Customers should contact REDJET as soon as possible if they wish to cancel an order.

Cancellation may be possible before fulfilment, manufacturing, special procurement or shipment has commenced.

Once fulfilment or shipment has commenced, cancellation may no longer be possible except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

14. Returns

REDJET does not offer a general voluntary change-of-mind return programme.

Business-to-Business purchases are not returnable merely because the customer changes their mind unless REDJET expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

For Consumer purchases, this policy does not restrict any withdrawal, cancellation, return, refund or other rights that cannot legally be excluded under mandatory consumer law applicable to the customer.

15. REDJET Commercial Warranty

Eligible REDJET products are supplied with a 1-Year REDJET Commercial Warranty against covered manufacturing defects.

This commercial warranty is additional to any mandatory statutory rights that may apply to Consumer customers.

16. Business Customers

Business Customers include distributors, resellers, rental companies, production companies, installers, event companies and other customers purchasing primarily for commercial or professional purposes.

Separate written distribution, dealer, quotation or commercial agreements may override these Website Terms where expressly agreed.

17. Consumer Customers

Where mandatory consumer protection legislation applies, these Terms do not remove or reduce rights which cannot lawfully be waived.

18. Warranty Exclusions

Subject to mandatory law, the REDJET Commercial Warranty does not cover damage resulting from incorrect installation, incorrect voltage, unstable electrical supply, misuse, physical impact, unauthorised modification, unauthorised repair, improper rigging, inappropriate environmental conditions, failure to follow operating instructions or normal wear and tear.

19. Technical Support

REDJET may request relevant information in order to diagnose technical issues, including product model, serial number, photographs, video, DMX information, installation information and electrical information.

20. Export Controls and Sanctions

Products must not be purchased, exported, re-exported, transferred or supplied in violation of applicable export-control laws, sanctions laws, customs requirements or trade restrictions.

REDJET may refuse, suspend or cancel an order where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, banking requirements, payment-provider rules or logistics-provider restrictions.

21. Intellectual Property

REDJET trademarks, logos, product names, original photographs, product manuals, catalogues, drawings, Website content and graphics may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission except where permitted by applicable law.

22. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, REDJET shall not be liable for indirect or consequential commercial loss, including loss of revenue, profit, contracts, performances, events, data or business opportunity.

Mandatory Consumer rights remain unaffected.

23. Force Majeure

REDJET shall not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, epidemics, government action, customs delays, port closures, transport interruptions, carrier failures or labour disruptions.

24. Website Errors

REDJET may correct obvious pricing, technical or typographical errors.

Where an affected order cannot reasonably be fulfilled on incorrectly displayed terms, REDJET may offer corrected terms or cancel and refund the affected order.

25. Privacy

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Политика конфиденциальности.

26. Governing Law

Except where mandatory Consumer law provides otherwise, these Terms and transactions with REDJET are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Nothing in this provision deprives a Consumer of mandatory protections that legally apply to that Consumer.

27. Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact REDJET first so that we may attempt to resolve any complaint directly.

28. Changes to These Terms

REDJET may update these Terms to reflect changes in its business, Website, products, technology or applicable legal requirements.
